Payment Terms & Refund Policy

By making a payment for any of our services or subscriptions, you agree to abide by the following payment and refund terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

1. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

  • RegifAI offers subscription-based access (monthly and annual) to its AI agent platform and services.

Billing & Renewals

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Annual plans are billed once upfront for the 12-month term, often with a discounted rate.
  • Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate.
3.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your RegifAI account or by contacting support.
  • For monthly plans: cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • For annual plans: cancellation will halt renewal at the end of the year, but no adjustment for the unused portion of the term will be made.

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via recognised payment gateways (credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, and other online methods) as displayed on our checkout page.
5.

Taxes & Fees

  • Any applicable taxes, duties or fees (domestic or international) are your responsibility and will be added to the payment amount where required by law.

Pricing Changes

  • RegifAI reserves the right to modify pricing, plan features or terms. Existing customers will be notified in advance for at least one billing cycle before changes take effect.

2. Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy (General Rule)

  • Unless otherwise stated, all payments for subscription plans are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription with RegifAI, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for the paid term.

Why this Policy?

  • We provide a demo/trial option so you can evaluate our platform before committing.
  • Our pricing and plan terms are clearly stated, enabling you to make informed decisions prior to purchase.
  • The nature of our AI services (instant access, custom configuration, data processing) means reinstating a “pre-purchase” state after payment is not feasible.

Plan-Specific Terms

  • Monthly Plans — No refunds for the current billing period after payment; cancellation stops future billing only.
  • Annual Plans — No partial or full refunds once the annual payment is made, even if you cancel before the end of the 12-month term.

Exceptional Circumstances (At Our Discretion)

  • In specific, rare cases, RegifAI may consider a refund or credit where:
  • A material technical fault caused by RegifAI prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period, provided you reported the issue promptly.
  • A duplicate payment or billing error occurred and was the fault of our payment processor or platform.
  • Refunds under these conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are solely at the discretion of RegifAI.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing to [support@regifai.com] (or your designated support email) with relevant proof/details.

Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe you have been billed incorrectly or have an issue with a subscription, contact RegifAI support as soon as possible. We aim to review and resolve billing concerns promptly and fairly.

Agreement to Terms

  • By completing payment for any RegifAI subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these payment terms and refund policy.
  • You agree that no refunds will be issued except as outlined in Section 4 above.
